About Tony

TONY NUTLEY

I have been involved in the personal and professional development industry for over 20 years.

During this time, I have worked with hundreds of individuals, from Executive Coaching, to High Level Life Coaching interventions.

My coaching practice is based on a mix of both well known coaching models, NLP and Applied Positive Psychology.

I am the Founder & CEO of the award-winning training organisation, The UK College of Personal Development which I launched in 1999 and was incorporated as a limited company in 2008.

Over the last 20 years UKCPD has grown into an international award winning educational institute delivering best in class training, coaching and organisational development services.

I am a passionate performance coach and consultant; with experience of over 20 years coaching and consulting with companies both large and small.  I consider myself to be a successful entrepreneur, having started more than one successful business ventures, including UK College of Personal Development, MailNinja (Email Marketing).

As well as being a key member of the current UKCPD Team, I work for organisations nationally and internationally as a Trainer and Performance Coach. In 2017, I was awarded the ACQ Global Award “UK Gamechanger of the Year” for my work on organisational change and performance coaching.

I have published various books on the benefits of personal development, an Accredited NLP Trainer and am an accredited user of the EBW and iWAM Psychometric tools.

I am a Member of and an advisor to the Association For Coaching (AC) on standards of training programmes, recognition and accreditation. (Training Course Recognition Forum), also an Accredited Trainer Member and on the advisory and training programme accreditation board for the International Association For NLP (ANLP).
